4. Prohibition on Copying, Redistribution, and Retransmission

6. Prohibition on Scraping, Data Mining, and Unauthorized Collection

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, scrape, crawl, or use any automated means to access or collect data from this VOW; data mine, extract, or harvest listing information; collect, compile, or store listing information for redistribution, resale, or any purpose other than your personal consideration of individual properties; or use bots, spiders, scripts, or any other automated tools to access this VOW. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Agreement by Mouse-Click

You acknowledge that by clicking "I Agree" or similar acceptance mechanism after viewing these Terms of Use, you are entering into a binding agreement and are bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

8. PropTx Compliance Access

You acknowledge and agree that PropTx Inc. and its Members may access this VOW for the purpose of verifying compliance with PropTx's rules, policies, and regulations. Such access may be conducted without prior notice.

General Provisions

Termination. North Yield Realty reserves the right to terminate your access to this VOW at any time, with or without cause.
